We have over 100 stencils to choose from on the form. You can also view our stencils and past sign parties by clicking the gallery images below!

Supplies are all provided and after a quick tutorial you can paint, eat, drink, and chat with friends. We make this so easy, even the least crafty guests have gone home with signs they are proud to hang on their wall!


Wood signs are pine, approximately 11"x11" and are sanded and hand-stained pre-pub night. Tickets are non-refundable.

***Please note custom signs are not available to purchase for pub nights. This includes our 6' Welcome signs, Family Initial Signs, and any of the signs in our Custom gallery.

At-Home Paint Parties:

Email us the date of your choice. Once we've confirmed this date is available, we'll send you an email that you can forward to your guests!

The email contains all the instructions you and your guests will need, as well as a link to an online form. The online form is how you will select your colour stain, paint, and stencil.

Each guest must fill out the form and send an e-transfer to us at least 2 weeks before the event.

Each sign is approximately 11"x11". We will prepare your wood by cutting, sanding, and staining it by hand.

On the night of the party, we'll arrive 30 minutes before your guests to set up - we have all the wood, paint, brushes, paper towel, and jars of water you need to get started! After a short tutorial, you and your guests will have all the instructions and confidence to paint your signs!

When you're done and your sign is mostly dry, I'll add some hardware to the back and you're good to go!

**Please note custom stencils may be requested for at-home parties for an additional $10 extra. Tickets are non-refundable.

How much lead time do I need to book a sign party?

On average, it takes between 1-2 weeks for a guest list to submit their forms and payments, so for this reason, we recommend booking a party a minimum of 3-4 weeks out.

What supplies do I need to provide?

All you need to provide are some surfaces and seats for painting. Please let us know if you need any extra tablecloths or chairs.

Can I request a custom sign or size?

Yes, absolutely! Please note that custom signs do cost extra and will be priced according to the detail involved in the stencil and/or the dimensions of the wood.

What areas of the Lower Mainland do you travel to?

At this time, we will travel to Abbotsford, Mission, Maple Ridge, and Langley. Special accommodations may be made for Surrey or White Rock. At this time, we do not travel to Vancouver.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to make it to a party, or need to cancel/reschedule your party, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you're unable to attend a party that you have paid for, we are able to put together a "paint-at-home" kit that you may borrow. Please let us know as early as possible so we can make arrangements. If you have paid for a pub night and can't attend, please let us know and we will make the same arrangements.
