Rustic Sign Painting Parties

Here's How They Work!

Email us the date of your choice. Once we've confirmed this date is available, we'll send you an email that you can forward to your guests!

The email contains all the instructions you and your guests will need, as well as a link to an online form. The online form is how you will select your colour stain, paint, and stencil.

Each guest must fill out the form and send an e-transfer to us at least 2 weeks before the event.

Each sign is approximately 12"x12". We will prepare your wood by cutting, sanding, and staining it by hand.

On the night of the party, we'll arrive 30 minutes before your guests to set up - we have all the wood, paint, brushes, paper towel, and jars of water you need to get started! After a short tutorial, you and your guests will have all the instructions and confidence to paint your signs!

When you're done and your sign is mostly dry, I'll add some hardware to the back and you're good to go!

Please note: Custom and Family Names stencils are typically $10 extra. Different sized dimensions of wood are available upon request, for an additional fee.

How much lead time do I need to book a sign party?

On average, it takes between 1-2 weeks for a guest list to submit their forms and payments, so for this reason, we recommend booking a party a minimum of 3-4 weeks out.

What supplies do I need to provide?

All you need to provide are some surfaces and seats for painting. Please let us know if you need any extra tablecloths or chairs.

Can I request a custom sign or size?

Yes, absolutely! Please note that custom signs do cost extra and will be priced according to the detail involved in the stencil and/or the dimensions of the wood.

What areas of the Lower Mainland do you travel to?

At this time, we will travel to Abbotsford, Mission, Maple Ridge, and Langley. Special accommodations may be made for Surrey or White Rock. At this time, we do not travel to Vancouver.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you are unable to make it to a party, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. This might be putting together a "paint-at-home" kit for you to borrow or we may paint your sign for you. Please let us know as early as possible so we can make arrangements.
